PFEU Race Leaderboard

The PFEU Race Leaderboard is where we tabulate the current race standings, based on the overall linear vector-sum race velocity of finishers. For major races, registrants will not be ranked randomly but in in descending order of best linnear race velocity. Random ranking will only take place, in the context of major races, where there is a performance tie between two or more drivers or where the remaining field are being drawn from unrated drivers due to the absence of rated drivers in registration.

For every finishing race participatn, a linear vector-sum race velocity, in metres per second, is calculated taking the sum of vector magnitudes between way points and dividing it by the total time, in seconds, taken by the driver from start to finish. This LVSRV figure is used to rate driver performance from race to race. As a rule, although LVSRV figures for runs, cancelled in lieu of a restart, do not count towards regular race prizes, wherever an LVSRV figure is accomplished, it does count for inclusion on the leaderboard.
